One more addition to Vidya’s growing pool of PhD holders: Reji C Joy of MCA Dept awarded PhD

Ms Reji C Joy (Asso Prof, MCA Dept) successfully defended her PhD thesis titled “Fingerprint Image Segmentation Using Machine Learning Techniques” in an offline event held on 10 November 2021 in Karpagam University campus, Coimbatore. At the end of the event, the jury attending the defense declared that Ms Reji had successfully met all the requirements for the award of the PhD degree and the University officials announced the conferment of PhD degree on Ms Reji.

Ms Reji did the work leading to the award of the PhD degree under the supervision of Prof (Dr)  S Hemalatha in the Dept of Computer Science, Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore.
