Infosys Campus Connect – FDP on Cloud Computing

Infosys under their academia industry interface program “Campus Connect” conducted a three day train the trainer program on “cloud computing” for faculty members from engineering colleges in South India. The event was hosted at Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, Thrissur, Kerala between 29th and 31st March 2017. The workshop was inaugurated by Er. G.Mohanachandran, Executive Director, VICT during a solemn inaugural function held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Dr. Sudha Balagopalan, Principal, welcomed the gathering. Shri. Suresh Lal, Finance Director, VICT; Dr. V.N. Krishnachandran, VP and Head of Computer Application Department spoke during the occasion. Shri. Hari S from Infosys also spoke during the occasion. The key resource persons for this work shop were Mr. Hari and Mr. Jitin from Infosys Limited. 41 faculty members from 17 colleges participated. Mr. Sivadasan ET from Vidya Academy of Science and Technology  was recognized by the facilitators for his outstanding contribution and participation during the workshop. All participants were certified and presented with a certificate during a brief valedictory function held on Friday, March 31, 2017.
