Vidya’s NSS Programme officers participate in Two-day Annual Conference

          Mr. Anil Melepurath (Programme Officer, VAST), Ms. Mahalakshmy A (Programme Officer, VAST), Mr. Cinto P A (Programme Officer, VAST) and Ms. Sobha K (Associate Programme Officer, VAST) attended the Two-day Annual Conference of PO’s and APO’s of NSS Units held at HHM JDT Islam Polytechnic College, Vellimadukunnu, Kozhikkode, on 11 – 12 July 2017.

         The programme was officially inaugurated by  Dr. Kuncheria P. Isaac, Vice Chancellor, APJAKTU.  The welcome address was delivered by Sri. Abdul Jabbar Ahamed, Program Coordinator, NSS Technical Cell, Kerala.  The various sessions held as part of the Conference were enriched by the presence of various dignitaries including Sri. C Samuel Chelliah (NSS Regional Director, Chennai), Sri. Dr. Nisam Rahman (Technical Consultant, NSS Tech Cell), Sri. Brahmanayagam Mahadevan (Director of GENSIS Camps, NSS Technical Cell), Sri. I V Soman (Co-ordinator, NSS ETI, Kalamassery), and Sri. Jestine Joseph (Project Consultant, NSS Tech Cell.). Sri. Dr. Ramesh U (Regional Director, AICTE), Sri. Dr M Abdul Rahman (Pro-Vice-Chancellor, APJAKTU), Dr. P A Ibrahim (Managing Director of Al Shamali Group), and Sri. G P Sajiithbabu (Regional Director, NSS) delivered the the valedictory messages.
