FOSSers Club jointly with IEDC VAST conducts a GNU/Linux Install Fest

The FOSSers Club (Free Open Source Software Users Club) in the College, in association with IEDC VAST, conduced a GNU/Linux Install Fest during November 1-3 at 4:30 to 6:30 PM in CSE Programming Lab. Around 20 students from various departments participated in the event. In the session, the participants installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS operating system in 70  computer systems. The participants were also introduced to the Linux operating systems. The resource person was  Mr. Shali K R. Technical support was provided  by Mr. Sreekumar, Mr. Sreejith, Mr. Martin and Mr. Arjun, all in the ITIMS wing of the College.
