Humanities Dept organises talk on “How to Build Self Esteem”

The Department of Humanities of the College conducted a session on “How to Build Self Esteem” for the students of the fourth semester B Tech (ECE and EEE batches) students of the College 0n 16.01.2018. The resource person for the session was Dr Sara Neena T T, Associate Professor and Head of Department of Sociolgy, Vimala College, Thrissur, having several years of teaching and research experience. During her talk, Dr Sara Neena discussed the various aspects of self esteem and made the participants evaluate their own self esteem levels. She also helped them understand how to overcome low self esteem.
