NSS’s April Cool programme on 1st April

The NSS units of the College conducted a cleaning drive and an awareness programme titled “April Cool” as a part of Kavacham 2K18 at Government Hospital, Irinjalakuda, on 01.04.2018. As many as 24 NSS volunteers actively participated in the event. As part of the cleaning drive, the volunteers cleaned up the surroundings of hospital. The part of the programme called April Cool was intended to create awareness about the necessity of developing the plant diversity of our surroundings. This will help create a cooler, healthier environment for the future generations. To this end, NSS volunteers planted the saplings of various medicinal plants around the hospital premises.
