Worcester Polytechnic Institute awards Ph D to Vidya’s alumna

Ms Ananthalakshmi Krishnamoorthy, an alumna of Vidya of the B Tech (EEE) 2011 pass-out batch, successfully defended her PhD (Aerospace Engineering) Dissertation titled “Extended Orbital Flight of a CubeSat in the Lower Thermosphere with Active Attitude Control” in front of a jury of Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).

After successfully completing her B Tech programme in Vidya, Ms Ananthalakshmy joined Manipal Institute of Technology for the M Tech programme in Astronomy and Space Engineering in 2011 which she completed in 2013 with a gold medal. She joined the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in  2015 for the Ph D programme.
