A new episode of the alumni webinar series “Together We Build”

The latest episode of the alumni webinar series titled “Together We Build” was held on 12 September 2020 at 8pm in the Google Meet platform. The guest of the occasion was Ms Vijy T V, HSST Computer Science, Government Boys’ Higher Secondary School, Nemara who was also an alumna of the 2006 – 09 MCA batch of Vidya. On the occasion, Ms Vijy spoke on “Opening options for a career in government service with focus on KAS”.

She talked on how to effectively prepare for a career in government service and also on the new opportunities in KAS (Kerala Administrative Service). The event which attracted the participation of 152 present and former students of Vidya was anchored by Ann Maria Jenson of MCA (2018-2021 batch). The session was also attended by the Principal Dr Saji CB, Dean Academics Dr Sudha Balagopalan, Vice Principal and Head of MCA Dept Dr V N KrishnaChandran, Heads of various other Depts and faculty members.

To carry forward the ideas, Dr Sudha Balagopalan suggested that alumni may arrange such sessions in a periodically. Ms Ramya, representing the Association of Vidya Alumni, proposed the vote of thanks.
