VSEC conducts Student Volunteer Meeting

To chalk out a plan, monitor, and respond to each student volunteer in order to promote Vidya Social Empowerment Center (VSEC) activities, a meeting with all the student volunteers was held on 24 June 2022.The meeting was started with the overview of VSEC activities by Dr.Siju K C  (Asst Prof, AS Dept and Head of VSEC)   and a  brief description on the year plan by Devika K A (S6, EEE Dept) .This  was followed by a description about the upcoming Energy conservation talk and the Motivational Talk that is likely to be held in the first week of July 2022.

Mr Ramesh K V (Asso Prof, Physical Education Dept) and Mr Alex Chakko (Asst Prof, ME Dept) explained about the proposed programs that can be conducted under VSEC in the field of Sports and Sameeksha respectively. Ms Akhila K R (Asst Prof, EEE Dept) gave an overview on SAP (Science Awareness Program) activities . Jesto (S4, ECE Dept) briefed on the formation of groups. The meeting was concluded with an interactive session by Dr.Siju K C  (Asst Prof, AS Dept and Head of VSEC) on the merits of becoming a member of VSEC. She also gave an overview about VSEC and the need for preparing the year plan.
