VIBE conducts workshop on ‘LED Bulb Assembly, Repair and Maintenance’

Vidya provides a frequent platform to interact with the society and conducts several practical as well as theoretical sessions that  related to LED light design, assembly and repair. Vidya, in association with Wadakkanchery Municipality, organized a one day workshop on ‘LED Bulb Assembly, Repair and Maintenance’ at Government UP School, Parlikad on 19 February  2023 under the auspices of VIBE (Vidya Initiative for Better Engineering). The Skill Development Centre of Vidya headed  by Mr Anil M (Asst Prof, ECE Dept) organized the workshop.The participants were Kudumbasree members of the 26^th division of Wadakkanchery Municipality.

The workshop was  inaugurated with the virtual presence of Mr P R Aravindakshan (Division Councilor, Wadakkanchery Municipality). He expressed his happiness and conveyed gratitude for all the socially relevant  initiatives that have been taken up by Vidya which serve great opportunity for the participants to develop practical skills.

Mr Arun P R (Trade Instructor, EEE Dept) served as the resource person for the workshop. The session was a dedicated one-to-one interactive workshop on LED Assembling and its maintenance. Hands-on training for both LED bulb and LED tube assembly was also handled by Mr Arun P R.During the feedback session, all the participants expressed their satisfaction and happiness for conducting such kinds of workshop.
