The National Service Scheme (NSS), which has 4 Units at Vidya is a dedicated student organization focused on fostering social responsibility, leadership, and community engagement among students. Through various initiatives such as environmental campaigns, health awareness drives, and community development projects, NSS VAST empowers students to contribute meaningfully to society. The units actively organize blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and skill development programmes, promoting the core values of selfless service and civic responsibility.

The National Service Scheme (NSS), being a value based volunteer programme, has always stayed close to the burning issues that affect the humanity. NSS volunteers have always come into the forefront to widen voluntary service during natural calamities. NSS has created a truly vibrant and diverse cadre of motivated and disciplined youth who are doing excellent work in all walks of life. The righteous vision of leadership resides in earnest action than woven words itself.
