Civil Engineering students acquire practical knowledge at Chembukkav Construction Site
The Department of Civil Engineering ensures that students gain practical knowledge and understand construction processes by visiting a construction site
Faculty members and students of the Civil Engineering Department, Vidya Academy of Science and Technology, visited the construction site of a multi-storeyed building at Chembukkav, Thrissur, on 03 March 2025. The piling process for foundation work was in progress and was well explained by the engineering team led by Er. Sudheer P P (Project Consultant,AUREX builders, Thrissur).
Students gained a clear understanding of the ongoing process in detail, and all their queries were addressed effectively. Ms. Bhavana T (S8, CEA student) and Mr Kiran Babu A.R (Asst Prof, CE Dept) expressed the gratitude to the engineering team for their time, effort, and insightful explanations.
