Vijnana Keralam is an initiative if Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (KDISC) and Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM) to train and provide employment to the educated. As part of this training a three full day personality development training was provided to the final year students of the 2025 graduating batch between the 22nd of March 2025 and 24th of March 2025. After setting the context of the orientation program the trainers helped the students in knowing themselves, understanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills, on how to make effective presentations, group discussion and also participated in mock interviews. These sessions where practical and hands-on in nature and helped the students to realize interpersonal skills, business etiquettes, along with time and self-management.
