ME faculty member successfully completes the prestigious Train the Trainer (TTT) program under JCC in association with Bosch Limited

Vidya faculty members enhance their knowledge, pedagogical skills, and practical expertise by actively participating in various training programs.

Mr Vishnu Shaji (Asst Prof, ME Dept) successfully completed the prestigious Train the Trainer (TTT) program conducted from 16–21 June 2025 under the Joint Certification Course (JCC), in association with Bosch Limited, a global leader in engineering and technology services.

The program, held as part of Bosch’s academic collaboration initiatives, focused on building excellence in teaching methodologies, technical content delivery, and professional communication. Mr. Vishnu’s participation reflects his commitment to continuous improvement and his passion for empowering students through innovative pedagogical approaches.

“I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of a program backed by an industry giant like Bosch,” said Vishnu. “It not only refined my training abilities but also gave me valuable insights into bridging classroom learning with real-world applications.”

Over the course of the program, Mr Vishnu underwent rigorous training in instructional design, outcome-based education (OBE), and effective learner engagement. His performance in practice sessions, assessments, and collaborative activities earned him appreciation from trainers and peers alike.

The Bosch-supported JCC-TTT initiative is part of a national drive to enhance the quality of technical education by equipping faculty members with tools and techniques aligned with industry standards. With this certification, Mr Vishnu is now better equipped to deliver impactful, application-oriented education and contribute to the academic upliftment of his institution.
