Vidya explored the frontiers of technology with the inauguration of VYVIDH 2025, which was jointly performed by Mr. Ramkumar A.V. (Associate Principal Consultant, Unisys India, Vidya Alumnus 2003-07 Batch, ECE Dept) and Adv. Pulari Rajeev (Vice President, PTA) under the leadership of Dr. Sunitha C (Principal). The ceremony was graced by Dr Shalij P R (Director – Academics, VICT), Ms Anitha L (Convenor – VYVIDH , Asst Prof, CSE Dept), Mr. Naveen T P (Joint Convener –VYVIDH, Asst. Prof., ME Dept) along with distinguished faculty and staff members from various departments, and students from different colleges and schools. |
The two-day festival provided an interactive platform for innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing, attracting participants from all walks of life, including students, academics, professionals, and the general public. Attendees explored a variety of events such as (‘AVISHKAR’ – for Diploma, B Tech, M Tech, MCA students), ‘FLEX FORUM’ – paper presentation competition for Diploma, B Tech, M Tech, MCA students), ‘NAVAYUVA’ – Project Expo for school students showcased the innovation and creativity of younger minds passionate about cutting-edge technology. To help students develop the skills needed for the future technological world, a workshop series christened ‘IDEAGRAM’ was also organized, providing hands-on experience, interactive learning, and exposure to emerging technologies. |

VYVIDH 2024–’25 was set in motion by Mr R. Ilango IPS (Thrissur City Police Commissioner), who launched the official website www.vyvidh.vidyaacademy.ac.in and unveiled the brochure on 16 September 2025. |

AVISHKAR (26 September 2025) : Prize Money – 10K) The event featured a wide array of projects spanning science, technology, arts, and social initiatives. Competitions for students of Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and MCA included workshops and engaging activities, all adjudicated by expert panels. A total of 68 teams from Vidya Academy participated, showcasing innovative projects across diverse disciplines, highlighting creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills. |

FLUX FORUM – Paper Presentation Competition (26 September 2025) : Prize Money – 6 K) | Topic :Sustainable E-Waste Management in Urban Kerala Participants were allotted 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. The presentations were evaluated by Dr. Jiby Jose Kizhakkepeedika (Professor, AS Dept) and Dr Sobha A P (Professor, AS Dept) who lent their expertise to assess the originality, technical depth, and practical relevance of each submission.Total of 23 teams took part. Each participant was judged on the basis of content, originality, clarity, and presentation skills
