Publication of AIML Dept Technical Magazine – MANEESHA

With the aim of promoting academic excellence, encouraging research contributions, and highlighting technological advancements in AI and Machine Learning, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning  released its technical magazine “MANEESHA”

The editorial of this edition focuses on Reflective Intelligence—a concept that highlights the importance of meaning, conscience, and wisdom in an era dominated by data-driven technologies. As machines grow more capable of learning, reasoning, and creating, the editorial emphasizes that true progress lies not only in computational power but also in cultivating deeper understanding and discernment. The title “MANEESHA”, derived from Sanskrit, reflects this philosophy, representing intellect, clarity, and profound insight. It resonates strongly with the AIML department’s mission: rooted in knowledge, driven by innovation, and guided by values.

The magazine was formally inaugurated on 03 October  2025  by Dr Sunitha C (Principal) in the presence of Dr. Jeeva K.A.(HOD,AIML Dept). The event marked a significant milestone for the department, celebrating the creativity, effort, and technical expertise of its students and staff.

The successful publication of MANEESHA was made possible through the dedicated efforts of its editorial and student team. The magazine was led by Mr Nisanth P(Staff Editor, Asst Prof,AIML Dept) whose guidance and support were instrumental throughout the process. The student team, comprising Varghese (S7, AIML Dept), Rohit (S7, AIML Dept), Rahul (S7, AIML Dept),Arohan (S7, AIML Dept), Swetha S Warrier (S3, AIML Dept), Vaishnav Rajeesh Menon (S3, AIML Dept), Pranav P Pratheep (S3, AIML Dept), Wafa Abdual Latheef (S3, AIML Dept), Nivin P Louis (S5, AIML Dept) and Gayathri Vennankot Govind (S7, AIML Dept) played a vital role in shaping the content and bringing creativity and commitment to the magazine’s development.

The launch of MANEESHA marks another step forward in the department’s journey toward fostering intellectual growth, technical excellence, and a culture of reflective innovation. The magazine stands as a testament to the talent and vision of the AIML community and its commitment to shaping the future of intelligent systems.
