NSS volunteers conducts cleanliness drive at Mental Health Centre, Thrissur
The NSS volunteers of Vidya conducts quite a lot of Cleanliness Campaigns in and around the college campus . With an aim to spread awareness related to cleanliness, a program was conducted by Vidya NSS volunteers on 11 February 2023 at Government Mental Health Centre, Thrissur.
The program was inaugurated by Ms Naseem (Head Nurse, Govt Mental Health Centre Hospital Thrissur). Tools and Refreshments were provided for the volunteers by the staff members of the hospital. The volunteers cleaned the ground, fish pool, wastes disposal and also performed the cleaning activity in the inner surroundings. Around 50 volunteers participated in this activity.
Mr Rajesh S K (NSS Program Officer and Asso Prof, EEE Dept) co-ordinated the session.
