ME Dept organizes online talk for final year ME students

A degree in engineering provides a wide range of career paths headed for high-paying, in-demand jobs.

To develop long-term and short-term engineering career goals for the budding  engineers, the Dept of Mechanical Engineering organized an online talk for final year ME students on the topic “Career paths for Engineers” on 06 February 2023 from 8.30 pm to 10 pm.

The resource person for the event was Mr Ravi Ramaseshan (Principal Manager of a leading MNC cloud company). Mr R Shankar (Asst Prof, ME Dept) gave the welcome address and introduced the resource person Dr K R Jayadevan  (Head, ME Dept) gave his felicitations. The talk went on for one and half hours following which a brief interactive session was also there during which a few students put forward queries and suitable clarifications were given. The talk was attended by about 70 students. The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Mr Vishnu Shaji (Asst Prof, ME Dept).
