IEDC conducts session on ‘Team Dynamics in Startup’
In the startup world, social relationships can either facilitate entrepreneurs pursuit of excellence or attaining particular goals. In fact, powerful interpersonal proficiency of the complex group dynamics in startups can be valuable to sustainable achievement.
With this aim, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) of Vidya conducted a session on Team dynamics in startup on 20 May 2023 at EEE seminar hall. The resource person for the event was Mr Rahul Manohar (IEDC Nodal Officer, Christ College of Engineering).The Program was inaugurated by Mr Anil M (IEDC Nodal Officer and Asst Prof, ECE Dept).The session offered a platform for building and supporting strong group dynamics and kept the lines of communication open.
