Student Enablement Program in Artificial Intelligence
A five half day Student Enablement Program (SEP) was conducted for the current pre-final year students of the 2022- 26 batch. This online workshop was provided under the Infosys Springboard initiative in the domain of Artificial Intelligence. Expert trainers from Infosys handled the workshop sessions. The objective of workshop is to up skill the students on Artificial Intelligence, its applications and enable them to take up relevant certification to accredit their learning. The topics covered during this training were:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
- Introduction to Deep Learning
- Introduction to Natural Language Processing
- Introduction to Robotic Process Automation
- Computer Vision
- Introduction to Data Science
Each course covers the basic concepts, video lectures, and is embedded with quizzes and exercises to reinforce the learning. At the end of each course there is an assessment leading to the award of a course completion certificate. However, the icing on the cake is that those who complete all the courses would be eligible to take up two industry recognized certification programs free of charge. They are:
- Artificial Intelligence Foundation Certification
- Artificial Intelligence Primer Certification
These certification examinations are video proctored exams and those scoring 65% and above are declared as having been certified. This is certain to help their career prospects and be industry ready.
