EEE Dept signs MoU with MTTC International LLC to Strengthen Industry Collaboration

With an aim to strengthen industry–academia collaboration by facilitating knowledge exchange, internships, specialized training programmes, and research opportunities, the Dept of EEE  signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MTTC International LLC, Kacheripady, Ernakulam, marking a significant step toward strengthening industry–academia collaboration.

The MoU was formally signed on 14 January 2026 and establishes a structured partnership focused on knowledge sharing, internships, and specialized training programmes across diverse sectors, including Technical Services, Oil & Gas, Construction, Health Care, Artificial Intelligence, and other modern technology domains.

As part of the agreement, MTTC International LLC will extend technical assistance, provide access to relevant industry data, and offer internship opportunities along with certification for student interns.These initiatives are aimed at equipping students with practical exposure, industry-relevant competencies and professional certifications, thereby enhancing their employability and career readiness.

Both the EEE Department and MTTC International LLC will nominate dedicated coordinators to ensure the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of collaborative activities under the MoU. In addition to benefiting students, the partnership also enables MTTC International LLC to engage in academic research collaboration and talent development, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.

This strategic collaboration reflects VAST’s commitment to outcome-based education, industry integration, and skill-oriented learning, ensuring that students are well-prepared to meet the evolving demands of global technology-driven industries.
