| The team conducted extensive discussions with Mr. Suresh Lal (Executive Director, VICT), Dr. Shalij P. R. (Director – Academics), Adv. P. N. Unnirajan IPS (Retd.) (Director-Administration, VICT), Dr. Sunitha C (Principal), department heads, and coordinators of key units including Vidya Student Support Cell (VSSC), Vidya Social Empowerment Center (VSEC),Vidya Research Center (VRC), and Vidya Research Center (VTC). The purpose of these interactions was to gain a comprehensive understanding of each department’s contributions, examine ongoing challenges, and identify actionable strategies for further improvement and sustained excellence.
