EEE Dept marks new research achievement through faculty publication

Faculty members of Vidya have contributed to the institution’s growing research profile with a publication in a prestigious academic journal.

A research paper titled “Energy Harvesting Aware Microcontroller Design for Sustainable Batteryless Internet of Things Nodes”, authored by Dr. Mary P. Varghese (HoD , EEE Dept) and Mr. Rajesh S. K (Asso Prof , EEE Dept) has been successfully published in the ICTACT Journal on Microelectronics. The paper appears in the January 2026 issue, Volume 11, Issue 04, and carries the ISSN: 2395-1680.

The published work focuses on the design of energy-harvesting-aware microcontrollers aimed at enabling sustainable, batteryless Internet of Things (IoT) nodes.
