Vidya students excel and reach the final round of PALS MInT-ATHON Project Presentation

The PALS MInT-ATHON (Mobility and Intelligent Transportation-ATHON) is a national-level hackathon and innovation challenge spearheaded by PALS (an IIT Madras alumni-led educational initiative) in collaboration with The MInT Collaborative at IIT Madras and industry partners such as Bosch and others. The initiative aims to foster innovation, problem-solving, and interdisciplinary collaboration among students in the domain of mobility and intelligent transportation systems.

The Department of EEE is delighted to share that pleased to inform that a team of four students Karthika E. S (S8,EEE Dept), Rohith M.R (S8,EEE Dept), Sabarinadh M.M (S8,EEE Dept) and Sidharth E. S (S8,EEE Dept) collectively known as Team Human Cyborgs—successfully participated in the PALS MInT-AThon Project Presentation. Based on their consistent and commendable performance across the evaluation stages, Team Human Cyborgs was selected to participate in the third round of the competition, marking a significant milestone in their progression.

The team was initially shortlisted from 272 teams on 02 November 2025. Following this, they attended a one-on-one interaction session on 07 November 2025. Their performance in the first round of presentation held on 04 December 2025 enabled them to advance further in the competition.

In the second round conducted on 12 January 2026, the team continued to demonstrate strong technical competence and innovation, securing their position among the top 11 teams.Owing to their consistent and impressive performance,Team Human Cyborgs advanced to the third round of the PALS MInT-AThon.

The team will be participating in the final presentation, which is scheduled to be held on 28 March 2026 at IIT Madras.
