TinkerHub conducts LeetCode Beginner Session

To introduce students with little to no prior experience to LeetCode and equip them with structured problem-solving methodologies to begin their algorithmic coding journey , TinkerHub successfully conducted a LeetCode Beginner Session led by resource person Nandith Narayan (S5, AIML Dept) on 31 July 2026

To ensure an interactive environment with personalized guidance, attendance was intentionally capped at 40 participants, catering specifically to beginners with little to no prior experience on the platform. During the session, Mr. Nandith demystified the LeetCode platform, demonstrating how to navigate its interface, break down complex logic, and approach coding problems systematically.

The workshop achieved several key outcomes: participants mastered structured problem-solving methodologies, gained hands-on familiarity with modern coding tools, established a clear path for self-directed practice, and built the foundational confidence required to tackle coding challenges independently. 

Program Outcomes

• Problem-Solving Skills: Students gained a thorough understanding of how coding problems can be analyzed, broken down, and solved systematically.

• Modern Tool Usage: Participants learned how to navigate and utilize LeetCode as a primary platform for regular coding and problem-solving practice.

• Self-Learning: The session motivated students to take initiative in practicing independently, encouraging continuous improvement of their programming capabilities.

• Beginner Confidence: Students with little to no prior coding experience gained the foundational confidence needed to start solving problems on LeetCode on their own.

The session was coordinated by Ms. Mithu Varghese (Faculty Advisor of TinkerHub VAST, Asst Prof, CSE  Dept)  with the active support and leadership of Mohamed Anas (TinkerHub Campus Lead, S5, CSE Dept).
