Farewell to Prof. P K Sivadas

The Department of Computer Applications bid farewell to their senior colleague Prof P K Sivadas who had been serving the Department as a Guest Faculty for the last nine years. Even though he was serving only as a Guest Faculty and that too only during one semester in an year, he had established deep bonds of love respect with the faculty and students of the Department. Prof Sivadas marshaled all his experience as a Professor of Commerce in Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur, to teach the MCA students the basic principles of Accounting and Financial Management. Since the MCA curriculum of APJAKTU did not have a course with similar content, the Department could not utilise his expertise any more. The faculty and staff of the Department presented a memento to him and organised a dinner in his honour on 03 August 2017.
