Swachabharath: NSS volunteers clean Pudukad Railway Station
The NSS units of the College organised a cleanliness campaign at Pudukad Railway Station on 06.09.2017 as part of the Swachh Bharat Mission of Govt. of India. The programme was inaugurated by Ms. Ambili Sivarajan, Puthukad Grama Panchayath President. The mass cleaning programme was led by Mr. V. C. Ravi (Station Superintendent), Mr. N. V. Jithin (Station Master), Mr. Seban Mathew Pallan (President, Train Passengers Association), Mr. Arun Lohidakshan (Secretary, Train Passengers Association), and Ms. Krishnaveni (NSS Volunteer Secretary). Around 60 NSS volunteers participated in the work relating to the cleaning of the platforms and pathways of the railway station.
