IEDC conducts practical sessions on sustainable energy

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) of Vidya organised  practical sessions  on sustainable energy for the benefit of the final year B Tech students. One of the sessions was on solar energy as part of which the students examined and learned the working of the solar panel installation, battery and inverter  facility  and solar water heater facility all available in the College. The other session was on Bio-gas Unit, Water Treatment and Waste-Water Treatment facilities in the campus of Vidya.  The resource persons for the sessions were  Mr Gopalakrishnan C S and  Mr Binesh M K, both of whom are technical staff in the service of VICT. As many as 65 students participated in the event which was conducted on 14 February 2019.
