Seminar on Introduction to Research Methodology

One day Seminar on introduction to research methodology was conducted on 05/02/2019(10.30 AM-12.30 PM). The program was organized by the Department of Applied Science and Humanities in association with Vidya Research Cell, VAST.

Dr. Jiby K Jose served as the resource person of the session.

The objective of the session was to provide participants with a basic knowledge on the course research methodology. The session dealt with features, characteristics, objectives and methodology of research. The session explored the importance of research methodology in guiding the research process and ensuring the validity and reliability of findings. The key components of research methodology like research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, and data analysis were also highlighted by the speaker. 40 participants consisting of faculty members and M Tech scholars attended the programme.
