NSS volunteers celebrate new year through community activities

On 1 January 2021, the New Year Day, the volunteers of the NSS units of Vidya organized a programme titled “VERUKAL” to distribute saplings of various plants. The volunteers were directed to donate saplings of any of the available plants to their neighbors or friends, and to upload photos of these activities. Around 100 responses were received  for  the program.

Cleaning activity

Cleaning activity: On 2 January 2021, NSS volunteers of Vidya visited Government High school, Thayyur and cleaned the premises of the school . The cleaning activity started at 9.00 am and finished by 1.00 pm. Around 10 volunteers actively participated in the program.
