World Environment Day celebrations in MCA Dept
5th June is observed all over the world as World Environment Day. Over the past several years, the MCA Department under the auspices of ViCA, used to observe World Environment Day by organizing a slide show contest on a theme related to environment. As part of the observance the day, this year also the Dept organized a slide show creation contest on 5 June 2021. As in the previous years the contest was open only to first year MCA students. The theme of the slide show was “Let us make peace with nature”. Nearly all students of the S2 MCA batch submitted their creations. The contest carries prizes as follows: First prize Rs 750 and Second prize Rs 500.
