CE Dept celebrate Onam season with a host of activities

The Onam season is a time to celebrate for all Malayalees. This year, the CE Dept of Vidya celebrated the Onam season by organising several online activities without reducing the glory and essence of the Onam celebrations.

The students along with faculty and staff members of the Dept celebrated Onam via the Zoom platform with much enthusiasm and merry making on 30 August 2021.The program was colourful, memorable and entertaining with dance performances, songs, games and memory sharing sessions.

The program started with an invocation. Welcome speech was delivered by Aiswarya Sankar (S4 B  Tech CE A) and inaugural speech was delivered by Dr C Justin Jose (Prof and head, CE Dept). Arya P Prakash (S4 B Tech CE A) gave an overview of the program. This was followed by colourful programmes by S4 and S2 B Tech students. The vote of thanks was given by Ajay P P (student coordinator, S4 B Tech CE A).

The whole program was coordinated by students of the S4 B Tech CE A batch.
