CSE Dept faculty member successfully defends her PhD thesis in Anna University

Ms. Beena M V (Asst. Professor, CSE Dept) successfully defended her PhD thesis titled “A Deep Neural Network Architecture for the Recognition of American Sign Language from Depth Maps” in an online meeting held on 4 October 2021. The research was carried out under the guidance of Dr M N Agnisarman Nambooiri, former HoD and Senior Professor, CSE Dept of Vidya, and Dr Rani Thottungal, Professor – EEE, Kumaraguru College of Engineering, affiliated to Anna University Chennai.
