Vidya NSS conducts Regional Blood Donation Campaign of Thrissur – Palakkad Region

To support the needy and to promote blood donation among the youth, the NSS volunteers of VAST organised Regional Blood Donation Campaign of Thrissur – Palakkad region christened ‘Sanjeevanam’ at our campus on 22 November 2022.

The program was sponsored by HDFC Bank. The Govt Medical College, Thrissur provided the nurses, staff and equipments for the campaign. Students from Christ Engineering College, Holy Grace Academy of Engineering, Government Engineering College Thrissur, IES College of Engineering, METS College of Engineering, Nirmala College of Engineering, Royal College of Engineering and Technology, Thejus Engineering College and Vidya Academy of Science and Technology donated their blood in this campaign and striked the mark of 100 donations. cherish the moment. To cherish this moment, a selfie point and thanks cards were also arranged for the donors to  capture their picture with their certificates.
