Infosys offers flagship learning programs carrying digital and life skills for students and lifelong learners to empower the people.
Two member team from Infosys visited our campus to address the students of 2024 and 2025 graduating batches on 28 March 2023, a. The interactive session was held at the college auditorium first for the 2024 graduating batch students, and then separately for the 2025 graduating batch students of the CSE, ECE, and EEE branches. The team of Ms. Pruthvi Adisesha from Infosys Bengaluru office and Mr. Biligiri Ranga from Infosys Mysore office extolled students to skill-up and to leverage the Infosys Springboard platform to learn new skills, participate in certification programs and avail Infosys internships. There are courses offered by Google and Coursera which has been curated and made available to the student community. Springboard is an Infosys online learning management system (LMS).
These courses and certifications cover some of the most essential skills both technical and soft skills that the new age market is looking for among the fresh graduates. Ms. Pruthvi and Mr. Biligiri guided the students as to how to logon to the platform, how to search for a course, and then to register and to follow the learning path. Some of the certifications also lead to an automatic call for an internships / job interviews should the candidate score above 65% in these video proctored certification assessments. One current pre-final year students Ms. Neeraja Krishnakumar, from the CSE Department is already doing her internship in Digital Marketing on this platform and is being mentored by coaches from Infosys.
After interacting with the students, the Springboard team spent some time discussing various aspects of the program at the Principal’s Office.
