The MuLearn platform offers students the outlook to network, achieve and display their skills.

MuLearn VAST conducted the event ‘ConnecTopia’ on 16 June2023. The event was an opportunity for students to learn about various interest groups and interact with their peers. It involved the setting up of diverse Learning Stations, one for each field of interest. Thirteen such domains had been identified:

  1. AI & ML
  2. Android Development
  3. AR & VR
  4. Blockchain
  5. Cybersecurity
  6. DevOps
  7. Digital Marketing
  8. Flutter
  9. IOT
  10. Low-No Code
  11. Product Management
  12. UI/UX
  13. Web Development

Each learning station was headed by two students, who acted as guides to explain the functioning of each domain. The event sought to increase awareness among students by exposing them to the various developing streams and helping them to discover their area of interest. Each station answered the crucial questions necessary for beginning a learning journey like:

  1. What is the field about?
  2. How to get started in the learning journey?
  3. What are the possible job opportunities?
  4. Where do I get the resources from?
  5. Whom should I follow?

Learners could check out whenever it was convenient for them within this time frame. The atmosphere was filled with the buzz of curiosity and excitement as knowledge was shared and new connections were created. More than 20 students from each year attended.

To summarise, the event was pivotal in bringing together young learners thirsty for knowledge and opportunities. It aided in identifying the most popular Interest Groups within the college, paving the way for conducting more interest-specific events in the future.
