Vidya NSS volunteers conduct UTS awareness campaign

In order to support UTS (Unreserved Ticketing System) on mobile app, the NSS units of Vidya conducted an awareness session at Thrissur Railway Station on 22 July 2023.

The app UTS, has been developed by the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) through which the passengers can book unreserved tickets online.

The awareness was coordinated under Mr Prasoon (Chief Commercial Inspector, Thrissur Railway). More than 90 passengers actively engaged themselves in registering and book tickets with the help of application. The NSS volunteers Adhul Babu K B, Alind Wilson, Rasiya, Abhinav T B, Suranjan A, Krishnanjana M D, Joel Joy and Shine led the campaign.
