CE Dept organized welcome program to boost first year students’ morale and confidence

A great way that get newly admitted students motivated in their new phase. The splendid welcome program for 2023-27 batch students was held on 26 September 2023 by the Civil Association.

The program commenced with an opening address by the Civil Association’s faculty in charge, Mr. Kiran Babu A R (Asst Prof, CE Dept) His welcoming words set a warm and inviting tone for the event, and he shared his insights about the academic journey ahead. Dr. Abhilasha P S (HoD, CE Dept) delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the importance of academic excellence, discipline, and community involvement.

Mr. Kiran Babu A R then took the stage again to introduce the esteemed panel members of the Civil Association

Each member introduced themselves and shared their vision for the year ahead, promising to make it an exciting and productive one for all the students. Cake-cutting ceremony was also arranged to symbolize the unity and togetherness of the Civil Association. Additionally, a book was presented to the newcomers as a token of love and encouragement, signifying the beginning of their academic journey.

Ms Gloria Anto (Asst Prof, CE Dept) and Aparna P S (S5, CE Dept) performed a melodious song that touched everyone’s hearts.
