Hearty congratulations ! IEDC Team wins the state level competition in the Young Innovators Program
Vidya students utilise every opportunity to transform the vision of a knowledge society and spirit of enquiry with the earnest support of IEDC (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Center)
The team ‘Greeninnovators’ participated in an offline state-level evaluation program of the Young Innovators Program (YIP) 4.0 held on 29 July 2023 at Pinarayi Conventional Centre, Kannur after winning the Thrissur District Level competition with a cash price of Rs 25,000-/ from Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC).
It gives us huge delight to receive the news that, the team ‘Greeninnovators’ won state-level evaluation program of the Young Innovators Program (YIP) competition .The winners of the state level will get a cash price of Rs 50,000/- and receive mentorship and funding from experts.Their project ‘G-brick’ where they introduced a new and efficient technique to recycle plastic and rubber and hence make bricks in a less harmful way.
