Invited Alumni Talk by Er Nandhan K V inspires prospective B.Tech CE Students

The CE Department conducted an interactive session that was highly engaging and motivated students with real-world perspectives on career pathways in civil engineering.

An Invited Alumni Talk  was organized on 05 August 2025, for prospective first-year B.Tech Civil Engineering students . Around 35 students attended the session, which was led by Er. Nandhan K. V. (Project Engineer,ENARC Consultants, Thrissur, 2020–24 Batch,CE Dept) .He is currently working at his project site in Punalur, Kollam.

During the session, Er. Nandhan shared valuable insights from his professional journey, discussing the challenges and opportunities in civil engineering, as well as the scope of careers in both private and public sectors. He also highlighted the entrepreneurial potential of the construction industry, drawing from his own experience as co-founder of Thiravathira Consultants, Nilambur.

The interactive session was highly engaging and motivated students with real-world perspectives on career pathways in civil engineering. Participants gained inspiration and clarity about future opportunities, making the session a meaningful start to their academic journey.
