CE Dept faculty members attends technical session on ‘RCC Structures – Repair and Maintenance’
The Department of Civil Engineering broadens its expertise in concrete as a engineered construction material by participating in diverse sessions
Dr. Abilasha P.S. (HoD, CE Dept) and Ms Nirmala Krishnan (Asst Prof, CE Dept) participated in a technical session organized by the Integrated Civil Engineers Council (ICEC) on “RCC Structures – Repair and Maintenance”. The session was held on 13 August 2025 and was conducted by Prof. Dr. P. R. SreeMahadevan Pillai, a renowned structural engineer, distinguished academician, and expert consultant celebrated for his significant contributions to structural design, rehabilitation techniques, and engineering education.
During the event, Dr. Abhilasha P. S. received a certificate of membership in ICEC, marking a proud moment for the Civil Engineering Department and Vidya.
