CE HoD and faculty member attend ATAL FDP on “Next-generation Approaches to Civil Infrastructure Sustainability and Resilience”

ATAL Online Six-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) isdesigned to enhance the knowledge, skills, and practical expertise of faculty members in the domain of sustainable and resilient civil infrastructure. The programme provided an interactive platform for faculty to engage with experts from academia, research institutions, and industry, facilitating discussions on emerging technologies, innovative tools and contemporary approaches to addressing modern civil engineering challenges.

Dr. Abhilasha P.S (HoD, CE Dept) and Ms Nirmala Krishnan (Asst Prof – Sr. Grade, CE Dept) attended ATAL Online Six-Day Faculty Development Programme on “Next-Generation Approaches to Civil Infrastructure Sustainability and Resilience”, organized by Chandigarh University, Mohali, during 1–6 December 2025.

The FDP covered a wide spectrum of topics including structural resilience, geotechnical innovations, sustainable construction practices, smart city planning, and AI-based infrastructure applications, thereby promoting an interdisciplinary and future-oriented learning environment.
