VSEC Head leads Academic Excellence Programme : Question Paper Discussion

As part of Kovilakath Foundation’s Academic Excellence Programme, Dr. Siju K. C (Head, VSEC and Asso. Prof, AS Dept)  conducted a detailed question paper discussion session following the Continuous Evaluation Examination in Mathematics held on 08 November 2025.

The session was conducted online via Google Meet at 7:30 PM and was attended by scholarship students of 8th and 9th standards enrolled under the Foundation. The examination comprised ten one-mark questions designed to assess essential mathematical skills, including linear equations, algebraic expansion, mensuration and height and shadow problems using the concept of similarity of triangles.

During the session, each question was discussed step by step, with special emphasis on identifying key concepts, selecting appropriate solution methods, and avoiding common mistakes. The interactive nature of the discussion enabled students to revisit fundamental mathematical ideas and clarify their doubts effectively.
