Management Review (MR) Meeting 2026 ensures Quality Compliance

To evaluate the effectiveness of the institution and identify areas for continuous improvement, a Management Review (MR) Meeting was conducted on 13 February 2026 in the Board Room.

The meeting forms an essential component of the Vidya’s Quality Management System, in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standards to evaluate the effectiveness and continued compliance of the institution’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Formal discussions commenced with a brief overview of the agenda. A detailed presentation was delivered by   Dr Abhilasha P S (Management Representative and HoD, CE Dept) covering key aspects such as academic and administrative performance, internal audit findings, feedback, risk management measures, statutory compliance status, corrective and preventive action and outcomes of the previous management review.

The meeting was presided over by Dr. Shalij P. R. (Director – Academics). Dr. Sunitha C. (Principal), Mr. Suresh Lal (Executive Director, VICT), Mr Biju P. V. (Asst. Management Representative, Asso Prof, ME Dept) and the heads of all academic and non-academic departments were present and actively participated in the discussions, contributing insights and suggestions to strengthen the institution’s Quality Management System.

The session offered an excellent opportunity to streamline and reinforce Vidya’s Quality Management System.
