| Marking a day of inspiration and academic pride, the annual Vidya Foundation Scholarship and Endowment Distribution Ceremony was grandly organized at the college auditorium to reward student achievements and empower deserving youth through financial assistance. |
| The ceremony began on a serene note with an uplifting prayer offered by Mr. Ganga Chethikattil (Trustee, VICT). Delivering the welocme address, Dr. Sunitha C (Principal) highlighted the institution’s steadfast commitment to nurturing talent. Mr. Gireesh Kumar Malattiri (Chairman, VICT) then delivered the presidential address. Mr. Gireesh emphasized the vision of the Vidya International Charitable Trust (VICT) in making quality education accessible. Following a formal introduction of the chief guest by Mr. Thilakan K K (Vice Chairman,VICT) the auspicious lighting of the lamp ceremony took place to mark the official inauguration. The Chief Guest, Dr. A. V. Anoop (eminent industrialist and CEO and Managing Director, AVA Group of Companies), delivered an inspiring inaugural address focusing on education as a tool for social transformation, which was accompanied by a short biographical video showcasing his impactful achievements. emphasized that students should first focus on becoming financially independent. Once they are financially stable, they should contribute to society by supporting social causes and helping deserving students achieve their educational goals. | In a bid to foster a scientific temper among school students, scholarships were awarded to the winners of the joint initiative conducted across schools in Thrissur district by Vidya Social Empowerment Center (VSEC) –an initiative of Vidya International Charitable Trust (VICT). |
| Alongside this, scholarships under ‘ROOTS’—a comprehensive scholarship scheme initiated by the alumni of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) department—were presented to deserving students who had successfully qualified and secured admission to Vidya’s Electrical program. The scholarship was presented by Dr Sudha Balagopalan (Fromer Dean-Academics) and Mr. Sachin Sudheesh (2018-22 batch, EEE Dept). |

| Furthermore, a scholarship fund of Rs 5 Lakhs, set aside by Vidya Alumni Association (2010-14 Batch) as part of their corporate social responsibility initiative, was also distributed to eligible student during the ceremony. The scholarship fund was formally handed over by batch representatives Ms. Varsha (2010-14 ECE Batch) and Ms. Heera (2010-14 ECE Batch), who attended the campus program on behalf of their batch mates.The contribution was gracefully received by Dr. Sunitha alongside Ms Fetsy K Francis (AVA Secretary & Asst Prof – Sr Grade, ECE Dept) . | The core segment of the ceremony witnessed the enthusiastic distribution of awards, including Adding further tribute to the event, several faculty members and well-wishers of Vidya instituted endowments in the names of their loved ones to reward university examination toppers. The memorial awards distributed on the occasion included the Prof. Ashita T.A. Memorial Award (instituted by Mr. Anoop A.M.), the Gokul Memorial Award (instituted by Mr. Raveendran), the Ms. Mamatha Memorial Award (instituted by Mr. E.A. Ramachandran), and the Prof. Maya B.
