NSS volunteer honoured with Certificate of Excellence for Rudhirasena coordination

Vidya consistently encourages students to actively participate in community service and social welfare initiatives through its National Service Scheme (NSS) unit.

Vidya proudly congratulates Jithisha U (S7, CSE Dept,NSS Volunteer), on being honoured with the Certificate of Excellence by the APJAKTU NSS Blood Cell (Rudhirasena) for her outstanding service as the Thrissur–Palakkad Regional Student Coordinator for the academic year 2025–2026.

The prestigious recognition was conferred in appreciation of her exemplary leadership, dedicated service, and significant contributions towards promoting voluntary blood donation and coordinating Rudhirasena activities across the Thrissur–Palakkad region.Through her commitment and active involvement, she successfully mobilized volunteers and  organized blood donation initiatives.

The Certificate of Excellence was presented during the Rudhirasena Meet 2026 and Award Presentation Ceremony, held on 11 July 2026 at John Cox Memorial CSI Institute of Technology, Thiruvananthapuram. The award was presented by Mr Y. M.Uppin (NSS Regional Director) in the presence of distinguished guests, NSS officials, and volunteers from across the state.
