Pre-placement training by Kerala Higher Education Dept and ICT Academy

The Kerala Government Higher Education Department and the ICT Academy of Kerala jointly organized an online skill development programme for 2019 pass out students in Vidya.  The programme, held at selected engineering colleges, was aimed at students who had not received any placement offers this year. The classes were lead by trainers from ICT Academy, Thiruvananthapuram. The 32 hour module covered sessions on aptitude, general IT, life skills etc. The programme was spread over 10 days and would end on 3 August 2019. ASAP programme manager Mr Rakesh (AP, ECE Dept), Dr N Ramachandran (Prof and Head, ME Dept), Mr Amal Ganesh (AP, CSE Dept) and Mr Arun K L (AP, ME Dept) were leading the programme.
