S5 B Tech (CSE) student presents a talk at MEC.conf
Subin Siby (S5 B Tech CSE B) of Vidya presented a talk on Software Internationalisation in MEC.conf, a developer conference hosted by Model Engineering College, Kakkanad and held at Kerala Technology Innovation Zone, Kalamassery, Ernakulam during 26 – 28 July 2019. The event was sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Computer Society, IETE and Kerala Startup Mission. More details on the talk are available at the link HERE.The event also had a session named “devsprint” where students were given opportunities to start contributing to open source projects with help from mentors. Mozilla, Zulip, , FOSSASIA, KDE were the participating organizations. As a KDE Localization Maintainer, Subin Siby was a mentor for KDE in the sprint.
