Vidya’s faculty members attend FDP on Cloud Computing at TCS, Kochi

A team of two faculty members of Vidya, Ms Nitha K P (AP, CSE Dept) and Ms Sruthy M S (AP, ECE Dept), attended a Faculty Development Program on Cloud Computing with hands-on sessions held at TCS Center, Infopark, Kochi on 4 October 2019. The workshop was handled by Mr Sooraj Ravindran who began with an introduction and then covered the following topics: pre-requisites, cloud characteristics, cloud services, machines in cloud, storage in cloud, databases in cloud, cloud computing, cloud security features, practical sessions, case studies, project area scope, research opportunities in cloud.
