Vidya’s campus plays host to Leaders’ Camp of NSS Volunteer Leaders of HSS’s

Vidya’s campus has played host to a 10-day Leaders’ Camp of NSS Volunteer Leaders of higher secondary schools in Ernakulam, Idukki and Thrissur Districts. About 600 volunteers and about 40 teachers  participated in the camp.

The camp was inaugurated by Vellore Grama Panchayat President Ms Shobi T R. The activities of the camp included classes on various subjects and student art activities. The valedictory session was inaugurated by Thrissur District Panchayat Member Mr Jalil Adoor.

NSS State Coordinator Dr Jacob John, Regional Convener Dr Rajesh N, Thrissur District Convener Mr M V Pratheesh, Ernakulam District Convener Mr Polouse P K, College Principal Dr C B Saji, Camp Coordinator Mr Linto Vadakkan and Mr Anil M ( AP, ECE dept ) all spoke in the various sessions of the camp.
